We have experience assessing, reshaping and branding imaging departments for health systems across the country. Ivy’s assessments are unique because of the Principals’ backgrounds as operators of imaging centers and their patient access departments. None of Ivy’s Principals comes from a consulting background, so our assessments are not abstract and theoretical, but practical and designed to solve specific operational problems with a focus on quality and profitability.
Ivy has experience assessing operations in multi-site integrated health care environments and will work to leverage and balance the system capabilities and goals with the individual facility operations. We have learned how to facilitate positive change working with health systems to leverage their resources into a leading market position.
